The Macedonia Community Development Corporation (MACorp) is a 501(c) (3) not-for-profit organization designed to enhance the quality of life for residents of the Northern Neck region via programs, advocacy and services.

Founded in May 2012, the organization’s vision is that all residents of the Northern Neck will have enriched lives that sustain a stronger and healthier regional community. The organization’s mission is to develop and implement social, economic and health programs; advocacy; and direct services for the Northern Neck community. Programs include:

Positive Youth Development Programs
Macedonia Baptist Church and MACorp have conducted youth camps and career development activities since 2008 under the guidance of founder and former Program Director Rev. Cynthia J. Rioland. Using private donations and in-kind services the Girls Empowerment Camp and Camp S.W.A.G (Success While Achieving Godliness) for young men are designed to build positive self-image, self-esteem and to encourage personal growth and development through camps and career development activities.

The Northern Neck Small Business Incubator
The Northern Neck Small Business Incubator offers adaptable space and support services at a discounted rate for small emerging businesses. The services include office space, technical assistance and training, business mentoring programs and general support with building business capabilities.
